MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
We are currently seeking individuals to join our maintenance team in Dallas/Fort Worth.
We're looking for someone with:

Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all parts of work order requests
-
Experience with mechanical, electrical, drywall, tile work, HVAC, plumbing, and inspection/repair of home appliances
-
Ability to read and interpret equipment and work orders to perform required maintenance and services
-
Skills with using a variety of hand and power tools
-
Excellent communication and writing skills
-
Basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone
-
Reliable transportation
-
General physical ability or no limitations to do basic skilled work
Job Type: Full-Time /40 Hours per Week, M-F
Salary: $17 - $28 /Hour based on experience and abilities
